Luc has a long successful track record in corporate strategy, tactical negotiation, purchasing and supply chain, complex program management, building resilience in program and risk management, effective global executive communication, team and external stakeholder engagement buy-in.

From investigating the company purpose to implementing strategies to “Make-it Happen”, Luc co-creates value added throughout process supported by ad-hoc facilitation & coaching (individual or in groups). 

Ugeshree is the Director and Founder of DevRani Consult, a socio- economic development consultancy advising multi-nationals on strategy, business transformation and sustainability.

Some of the recent projects that Ugeshree worked on includes the Developed the Enterprise development strategy for the Gauteng Premiers’ office under the Tshepo1Million jobs project, worked in partnership with Promethium Carbon to develop and rollout the National stakeholder engagement plan for the Carbon offset program, Conducted Sasol’s CSI baseline assessment study and Developed both Siemens and Siemens Healthineers Enterprise and Supplier development programs.

She was also the founding member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and served as a Director for 3 consecutive years and is the Chairperson of the S’ya PhandaSya Phanda Trust (A Pepkor

One of her career highlights includes the development of the Tsitsikamma Community Wind farm in the Eastern Cape (95MW)

Mark Thomas is a highly successful international business consultant and trainer who has worked with some of the world’s major businesses in the fields of strategy, change management, human resources and executive development. He is a highly experienced speaker and business presenter who has worked in over 40 different countries around the world. As a consultant he has successfully sold major consulting projects and development initiatives. In addition to his consulting work Mark has authored several books and is a regular conference speaker on strategy, change management, people management and other organisational issues. Prior to becoming a Partner with Performance Dynamics, he worked for several years with Price Waterhouse Management Consultants in London. He is also a visiting faculty member at leading international business schools. He also advised on the business and organisational change issues arising out of strategic reviews and both private and public sector re-organisations.
