Laura was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a relaxed manner that made a somewhat dry subject easy to follow and engage with. The documentation was useful, and having never had formal SOPs writing training before now.

I wanted to gain the knowledge from other SOP writers, especially from another country. I found that the US and the UK have very similar ways to create SOPs and Process Maps. I found the whole experience informative and well put together. I would reccomend it to others.

Overall, I enjoyed the course and got a lot of worthwhile knowledge and ideas for improving the SOP system I work with currently. Laura was very knowledgeable and led the course well. She was accommodating for delegates of varying levels of experience. I enjoyed the mind mapping and flow chart exercises.

Overall, the webinar was good. The content was informative, the presentation was clear.

I was hoping to gain knowledge and be exposed to different interpretations of the guidelines. I accomplished this. It was a great opportunity to see the guidelines from a pharmaceutical perspective. I enjoyed seeing the tolerances the most, in terms of aspects that do not have specific guidelines but would be considered best practice. I have a positive opinion of the webinar, content and presentation. I also enjoyed the way it was clearly broken down into distinct parts, being able to see the exercises in advance [to help] pay particular attention on those parts, and apply what I have just been taught. The speakers were of high quality, and knowledgeable within the field delivering a highly engaging session.
