Overall, the webinar was good. The content was informative, the presentation was clear.

I was hoping to gain knowledge and be exposed to different interpretations of the guidelines. I accomplished this. It was a great opportunity to see the guidelines from a pharmaceutical perspective. I enjoyed seeing the tolerances the most, in terms of aspects that do not have specific guidelines but would be considered best practice. I have a positive opinion of the webinar, content and presentation. I also enjoyed the way it was clearly broken down into distinct parts, being able to see the exercises in advance [to help] pay particular attention on those parts, and apply what I have just been taught. The speakers were of high quality, and knowledgeable within the field delivering a highly engaging session.

I have accomplished a better understanding of API's after the two day webinar. Very good webinar which covers a good range of content, a little dense, so will need to refer back to it at some stage. Speakers were nice and accommodating. They clearly have a good understanding of the content they are presenting.

I hoped to achieve a full picture of APIs for my new job and yes I accomplished it. A lot of information..

All good. Very experienced and knowledgeable speaker, explained every aspect in detail and made simpler.

The session was highly interactive, and the speaker was very open to questions, providing detailed explanations and insights. Their willingness to dive deep into the topics made the session both engaging and informative.

I really enjoyed this webinar. I will be recommending it to colleagues as a great source of information and introduction to process validation. The material was engaging, and [speakers'] knowledge/experience was communicated very well. I greatly enjoyed the content and presentation style. Topics were split up and presented in a logical order and the exercises were very helpful to reiterate the information that was presented.

The webinar is well constructed and the speaker is a very polite and prepared person. I managed to get the initial information needed to start studying and understanding the process validation program, the exercises [were] very helpful.

The theoretical part was interesting, but the practical excercises proposed during the course were so helpful for a better understanding, excercises challanged me to actively partecipate, and even sometime it was difficult because of my working background, I really appreciated.

The webinar was very informative and the speaker had very good knowledge of the topic covered.
