This FREE lunchtime talk explores the impact and outcomes of ‘managing or leading’ individuals and teams.
It helps individuals who are stepping up to a leadership role to identify effective strategies and understand the impact of their personal style and behaviours, so that they can have the best impact on both personal and organisational performance.
For those already in a leadership role we will share case studies and research that identifies best practice to enable leaders to become the best they can be.
The talk will show how, if we allow others in our teams to dream more, learn more and become more, through empowerment and coaching, we will improve the culture of the organisation, supporting sustainable improvement in areas such as wellbeing, safety, retention and recruitment, productivity, sustainability and risk.

This session is relevant for existing leaders and managers, as well as those new or aspiring to a management role, who want to achieve greater success by enhancing their leadership skills through adopting an engaging and caring approach to leadership by looking through a more holistic lens.

Kevin Hard has an extremely successful background in sales and management development within the Telecoms industry. His extensive experience in the industry includes setting-up and managing a national sales team to launch the successful Datatrak and Band3 products within the UK market. He then spent many years working with a major telecommunications consultancy advising many major UK corporates, offering independent advice to enable organisations to make informed decisions on their strategic initiatives in telecoms.
Kevin was instrumental in introducing new innovative technologies into the UK from Israel (VoIP) – Lloyds, Freeserve; Australia (CMS)– Boots, NHS; Digital Literacy (Finland) – IBM. He now runs his own consultancy working with clients to provide management and strategic training for managers and senior level executives.
