This course is designed to deepen participants' understanding of how international markets and political dynamics shape the life sciences sector. As the industry faces new challenges, including geopolitical tensions and regulatory shifts, it is essential for professionals in the life sciences to cultivate a macro awareness that informs their strategic decisions. This course will deliver an understanding of global market dynamics and political influences in the life sciences. Participants will leave with a robust framework for assessing external factors that drive change in this critical industry.
This training course is part of our collection of Leadership & Management Training Courses which focus on leadership, innovation, strategy, communication, finance, problem solving and conflict management, to name a few key areas.
