This highly interactive workshop.  will cover specific techniques to help you communicate with brevity and impact, elegantly transition a conversation in difficult situations and inspire others to action. This course will also consider the key elements of emotional intelligence and why EI counts in managing and leading others.  We will also discuss how to provide feedback and conduct crucial conversations,  including advice on  one of the most under-rated communication skills:  Listening
