This participative programme is suitable for all people managers from supervisory level up
Leadership training and development has a huge impact on any business by maximising productivity, shaping a positive culture and promoting harmony throughout your company. To be able to achieve this, key people must lead individuals and teams using appropriate leadership traits, behaviours and knowledge.
Skilled managers and leaders are the key to creating productive, engaged, high-performing workforces, which drive business and economic success. One essential area for any people manager is to have a good knowledge of what the law requires so the Managing People Lawfully and Effectively workshop is a programme every line manager should attend.
