My main objective was to learn about standard or common approaches to manage projects in the pharmaceutical sector, as well as the soft skills that are most relevant to be efficient in the Project manager role. This was accomplished mainly by reviewing the tools that can be used and some comparisons with other sectors. In a way it made me feel I was on the right path as a Project manager because I had already seen most things, and gave me confidence in this sense. I liked the structure, having first technical and then soft skills, as well as the number of exercises in the separate rooms, for all the attendees to get involved and stay engaged. I also asked for more detail in the pre-course questionnaire and that was addressed accordingly by the presenter after the course.

I was hoping to receive inputs about the project management world. I have received a lot of inputs and learnt which hot topics I should focus more; I think my expectations were met with this course.

I found the course extremely valuable, particularly in learning techniques that will help me strengthen the structure of my role, with a strong focus on effective communication and leadership. The practical exercises were especially useful for identifying program weaknesses, capturing them clearly, and building proactive mitigation strategies, all of which will support better planning and smoother project execution moving forward. I will definitively apply these tools in my day-to-day work.

Very well organised, to time, good content, and well delivered. [Speaker] was engaging and delivered a really good balance between lecture content and breakout sessions. I had already done project management training and was hoping to get more of an insight into practical implementation of techniques. The course was very good at this, with multiple breakout sessions to practice this implementation.

[Speaker] was really engaging which I loved. The slides were well prepared too and used some good real life situations to make more sense of the content for me as the audience. I would recommend to another colleague for sure. It covered a lot.

I was hoping to get basic knowledge in project management, a field that was quite new to me. A very good webinar indeed. It really covered a lot of different topics and was very hands-on. The speaker did an amazing job to motivate all of us to go through a lot of different scenarios. The workshop definitely covered all aspects, it was very entertaining, multifaceted and interactional.

The webinar gives a very good basic understanding of the project management challenges and efficient ways to overcome them. It was very useful for me and motivated me to learn more.
