Christina Thompson

Christina Thompson, is an IP Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons, specialising in patent litigation and advisory work in the healthcare and life sciences sector with experience of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. Due to her background in molecular biology, Christina has a particular interest in the life sciences sector and since her relocation to London in 2013 has been involved in a number of complex pharmaceutical patent disputes. In addition to her disputes practice, Christina also regularly advises on a range of commercial IP issues, including drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses, trade mark licenses, and distribution and supply agreements.
