Tony Grundy

Tony Grundy is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and lively executive developer with over twenty years experience. His wide knowledge base gives him competencies in strategy, marketing, operations management, organisation development and in finance and international management. He has worked with blue chip clients like Tesco, Mothercare and Microsoft for over twenty years, right down to much smaller business units. He has worked with virtually every industy – both private and public sectors.


Tony is very well qualified with an MBA from CASS, a PHD from Cranfield, and MSc in organisational behaviour from Birkbeck, and an MPhil from Warwick Business School. He is also a Chartered Accountant and author of 18 books , the last one “Demystifying Strategy” was published in early 2012.

He has taught Strategy at Cranfield for fifteen years, also at CASS and Cambridge Businesss Schools, and is now Visiting Lecturer at Henley in Strategy and Finance.
