The custom training process
-
Meet your training team
You’ll be introduced to your training advisor and your expert trainer. They’ll work alongside you to understand your organisation, assess your needs and identify the best solution, whether that’s a specific training course or programme, or a training day. We’ll ensure we have interpreted all of your training outcomes correctly and have a view on your peoples’ current knowledge levels, mapping out what you need to get results.
-
Create the training programme
Whether you need an existing training course tailored to your current business situation or a new course created from scratch, your course material will be developed by your training advisor and expert trainer to ensure accuracy, depth and relevance.
-
Arrange the logistics
Your training advisor will handle everything to ensure that training delivery is smooth and straightforward. From booking your location and synchronising calendars, to arranging travel and providing resources, we’ll sort it. If you would prefer to have the training delivered on-site or a combination of on-site and off-site, we can make it happen.
-
Custom course delivery and follow-up
After your training day, we’ll continue to support you with implementing what we’ve covered, keeping you up to date with legislation and notes from your training advisor. You’ll be able to review the course and content covered to help retain knowledge.
Why take our training in-house?
Many of our in-house customers have previously taken our classroom courses, either online or at one of our locations around the world. They’ve seen the expertise of our expert trainers and have opted to bring these same trainers in to their organisations for bespoke courses.
Here are some of the fantastic benefits of going in-house:
Structured, bespoke training
Your teams will benefit from faster implementation of knowledge. 100% of the training is relevant to your teams, so no time is wasted and your people engage with the material more.
Cost-effective group training costs
In-house training comes in at a lower cost per trainee, with the option to involve employees at different levels or roles in different sections of the courses, rather than needing to attend the whole day.
More time in the office, less time off-site
This reduces disruption and ensures that clients and customers are forewarned of potential reduced service.
Reduced travel & accommodation costs
While it’s great for teams to travel & attend conferences externally, in-house training reduces these costs and gives you greater scope for extended training courses.
Staff motivation
Help your people prosper through participation in company-specific training discussions, providing a competitive advantage as you stand out in the job market as a great employer.
